Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a comparable way. This policy covers both.
Which cookies we use
Packeria uses cookies and storage that are technically necessary to run the website, as well as analytics cookies from Google Analytics (see below). We do not use advertising cookies.
Session cookie (packeria_session): keeps you signed in to your customer account. It expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
Language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers the language you have chosen.
Google sign-in cookie (packeria_oauth_state): protects the sign-in with Google against misuse. It is deleted after sign-in, at the latest after 10 minutes.
Local storage (packeria_cart, packeria_cookie_notice): stores the products in your quote cart and remembers that you have seen our cookie notice.
Third-party services
To protect our forms against spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, a service of Google Ireland Limited. When you use a form, Google may set cookies and process technical data such as your IP address. You can find more information in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which distinguish visitors and sessions and are stored for up to 2 years. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, some features such as signing in or the quote cart may no longer work.
